I just wanted to let you know how pleased I am with the great attitude your driver had today. Your driver Todd, was unlike any driver I have ever had in here before.

When our crew pulled up to handbomb the freight out of the trailer, Todd got out of his truck and took the lead in getting the freight off the truck in MORE than a pleasant manner!

I just have to say, I am really impressed with your drivers' performance. Good Job!
