Q> What positions does Duckering's Transport have available?
A> As with all companies, this changes throughout the year. We offer all newly available positons to our qualified existing staff first.

 

Q> How often do new positions become available?
A> Duckering's Transport does not experience a high turn-over rate, new positions do not come available very regularly.

 

Q> Can I send in my resume?
A> Yes. However, all new employees are required to fully complete our application form. It is in your best interest to include a fully completed application form along with your resume.
  
Q> Does Duckering's Transport require that all new employees have experience?
A> No. While experience is an asset, Duckering's Transport works with individuals who have a desire to learn, grow, and can contribute to a positive work environment. However, by law some positions do require a certain level of experience.

 

Q> Will Duckering's Transport provide me with any training?
A> Yes. We have a full time trainer / instructor in our organization, and we provide regular ongoing training to all of our employees.

Q> Is there room for advancement?
A> Yes. Our ongoing training will allow you to continue to develop skills in a variety of areas. New positions are made available to existing staff first. However, we will encourage to work in an area of your strength, rather than keep you working in an area that is a struggle for you.
