SHIPPING:
Q> How do I ship something with Duckering's Transport?
A> Contact the office or branch nearest to the origin of the shipment to arrange for pick-up. It is best to have completed a Bill of Lading before the driver arrives to pick up the shipment.

 

Q> Will I be required to have an account before I can ship?
A> No. However payment will have to be arranged before the shipment will be delivered.

 

Q> When should I expect the shipment to arrive?
A> Our regular service is overnight. This means that if your shipment is picked up today, it should deliver sometime the following morning. You may specify a preferred delivery time on the Bill of Lading, and we will make every effort to deliver at that time.
If you would prefer that your shipment is delivered some time other than the following morning, please contact our office to confirm availability, and note special arrangements on the Bill of Lading.
Destinations where we do not have a terminal may receive two-day service. Please confirm prior to shipping if this may be an issue.
